Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Information Text

Dear Employee;

As Akyapı Logistics Limited Company, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), as the data controller, within the framework of our obligation to inform you under the KVKK; we would like to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal reasons, to whom it may be transferred and the rights granted to you under the KVKK.

Personal data; Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
The processing of personal data includes any operation performed on data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of personal data, whether wholly or partly automated or non-automated, provided that it is part of any data recording system.

In accordance with the Labor Law No. 4857, the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, the Occupational Health and Safety Services Regulation, and other relevant legislation; including those that are necessary for us to process, the personal data you have shared with us in your employment contract and other forms, which are included in your personnel file; All your personal data, including all records, statements, defense records, entry and exit controls, and camera recordings kept at the workplace, have been meticulously processed and protected by us to date, primarily to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, including the right to privacy.

However, the processing, protection, and, if necessary, transfer of personal data to third parties by us has become possible only with your explicit consent, with the entry into force of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (except for the cases listed in Article 5/2 of the KVKK).

Within this scope, with this disclosure text and explicit consent form; By informing you about the processing, protection, and, if necessary, transfer of your personal data to third parties and the rights granted to you, we request your explicit consent for the processing of the personal data you have shared/will share with Akyapı Lojistik Ltd. Şti. and specified in the consent form, in accordance with the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and relevant legislation.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the general principles of the KVKK regarding the processing of personal data, for the purpose of establishing an employment contract, creating your registration, and fulfilling the obligations imposed on us by the legislation;

Personal data you have shared is collected and processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data; Your personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with the specific, clear and legitimate purposes stated above and as long as our obligations under the relevant legislation continue.

Within the scope of the law and other legislation, the commercial relationship between the parties and the purposes listed above;

  Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data;

  • to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

  • to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad,

  • to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

  • To request that the correction, deletion or destruction processes be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

  • To object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To claim damages you have suffered due to unlawful processing. You have the right to demand compensation for damages in case of damages.
